As a young woman, it is always a little nerve wracking having someone come fix stuff in your house, but Ryan made this ZERO of an issue.

​I had been seeing a guest out and finishing our conversation and he waited patiently as I wrapped things up, which was really nice. He was thorough in assessing the problems I had (yea...plural, its been a while since I had someone come out) and fixed everything without even blinking. He was courteous of the pets I had in my home as well as making sure items were back to their original place. He also didn't make me feel like an idiot when there were some obvious changes I needed to make. Woohoo!
